Refund Policy

All ticket sales for Willa's Ever After are final. Due to the nature of event planning and limited capacity, we are unable to offer refunds once a purchase has been completed.

Ticket Transfers

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person. Please contact us at least 14 days prior to the event with the new attendee's name and email so we can update our records.

Event Cancellation

In the unlikely event that Willa's Ever After is canceled by the organizers, ticket holders will receive a full refund of the ticket price. We are not responsible for travel, lodging, or other related expenses.

Removal From Event

Attendees removed from the event for violating our Harassment Policy or other event rules are not eligible for a refund.
